Filed I-130 for Sister Need to send more document

I missed couple of documents while I had sent my application for my sister's family based greencard... Can I send the document now? I have initial letter from USCIS saying that they have received the application.

My public record used in place of birth-certificate did not have mother's name in it... I was asked for a new one with my mother's name once I applied for my mother's green card... I did and it was approved... thinking I have to send the same for my sister's file too?
