So, my wife did not make enough money and I asked my friend ( US citizen) to be my joint sponsor. His annual income also did not meet the requirements ( $40 short) but he is married and NVC suggested that his wife ( US citizen) files I-864A along with his Aff.of Support.
Does he signiture need to be notirized and are there extra documents that she needs to submit to NVC?
