Hi,

I have a question. Can someone's status be reversed if they are placed on removal proceeding. Even after they are married? Especially if it was done as a child under their parent's care but they are now an adult?

Well as a child, her parents came here on a visitors visa and tried applying for legal status here but their case was denied several times after many appeals until the supreme ordered them to leave the country but never gave a date so i think it's like removal proceeding? Now she is married to an american citizen and wanted to know if she is still eligible of gaining citizenship in this country through her husband despite of her past. Especially because she was a kid at the time.
