Hi! i was recommended this forum from a great friend of mine, due to the recent issues happening in Chile, economy colapse and safety issues we are planing to move to the US, i have no idea on how to move forward on this and would really appreciate being guided on the correct paperwork of visa to be able to work legally in the us,
currently i own a detailing business in Chile, self employed. my plan is to start the same business in the US
-My dad was naturalized US Citizen and i have 2 brothers over 18yrs old that where born in the US all of them living in Chile for now
-a friend mentioned an E-2 visa but it seems like is only for investors and not moving to live in the US
-I currenly hold a B2 tourist visa
1-Would it be easier to go into the US with my b2 visa and start the paperwork from within the US? that way we can ¨escape¨ from chile faster?
2-Me (Chilean) and my wife (mexican) will move to the US, we have no kids, my 2 Brothers will also move to the US.
3-I will be selling everything in chile so i will also have money to start my business
