Details about the application so far,
My aunt applied for my mother her 4 children and her husband in 2007, i-130
I-130 was approved in 2013, and filling and letter came this month- date is in November. (6 years for approval)
upon opening the account in CEAC there are 4 IV applications.
The child in question was born on 22nd December, 1997
While 2 of the kids got aged out even with the CSPA calculation,
the 3rd kid is over 21 now biological and will be turning 22 in 2 weeks, they still put his IV application in the account- did they do this because CSPA? because he still under 21 with the CSPA calculation however I'm not sure how the CSPA applies to F4. My understanding is if CSPA isn't applied at all then why give his IV application because he has already crossed the biological date of 21?
How does CSPA apply to F4?
The issue is I read somewhere that if after applying for DS-260 and by the time the visa comes if the child ages out- he will not be able to accompany with the principle and also lose his DS-260 fees.
