I-130 application was sent to the CA service center, LPR is from Italy petitioning for adult unmarried son.
NOA1 was received for application June 20 2019.
I've read much different information on this, like anywhere from 4 months to 2 years just to receive the NOA2. Is this correct?
And an "approval" notice means the NOA2, right?
Is it correct that an NOA2 for F2B category takes longer than an NOA2 for an F2A or IR visas?
