I-751 Timing

Hello Friends:

I am in a little bit of a pickle. My two year conditional permit expires on the 29th January. Due to various personal reasons (Nothing that would be considered by USCIS) I was not timely to finish my forms and get the packet ready. I will only be able to send the packet at the earliest by 21st to them. This is a week before my deadline. Does the receipt of my documents before my deadline keep me in good standing or have I delayed it too much?

Not really a big thing except if you try to use your expired green card in the interim.

The date they receive it is what matters. If necessary you can send it overnight or priority mail.
