  • Green Card Interview

I have an upcoming green card interview. My application is marriage-based. I am preparing my paperworks for the interview and have a practical question.

Can I bring a file box (see attached)? I have read people's input on using binder and protector sheets or accordion file organizers. I prefer to bring my one file box over several binders.

Do you have a lawyer coming with you?

We just brought a binder with all the documents, but our lawyer collected all of our documents before the interview and gave the documents to the IO so that we didn't need to. It's better to have everything in one binder so that the IO can flip through the documents faster and easier.

No. We are going in by ourselves. Thanks for your response.
