My wife (US Citizen) and i had our interview last April 2019 in Los Angeles, CA. To start off we were separated and had the interview separate.. i went in 1st and then my wife. They asked the same questions all pretty standard and we answered them all the same execpt my wife forgot what we did on the weekend so our answers did not match. We were not aproved on the spot and said they needed more time to decide. Our lawyer said they would approve it within a month or come to our house and investigate. They didnt approve it in a month nor have they denied or sent someone to investigate it. We are now is Feb 10 months from the interview .
Has anyone gone through the same process?? Whats the longest you had to wait before getting an answer?
Has anyone been investigated before during this administration?
We are trying to be patient but it seems to be taking rather long and would like to have an answer on an approval or denial.
