How to claim my visa after my mom married a US Citizen

Hello, I am under 21, and I was under 18 when my mother married a US Citizen. My mother got her green card and is now living with my stepfather in US.
I live in El Salvador and I want to know how can I claim my derivative visa. What form do I have to submit? My mom and stepfather I well aware and ask me to ask for help on what do we have to do. Please help.

Your stepfather would file an I-130 to petition you to immigrate.
