I am US citizen applied for I 130 for my mother who is in India for consular processing,
application march 2019.
RFE sent yesterday.
I have sent late registration birth certificate and secondary school certificate which I have taken recently,
in RFE, they have asked secondary evidence again without acknowledging the fact that they have school certificate,
moreover they have also asked to provide evidence
- if there were any personal, societal or historical circumstances that prevented the birth from being contemporaneously registered, provide credible and probative evidence to corroborate those circumstances .
-if the civil authority required corroborative evidence or they independently corroborated the birth prior to issuing the birth document, submit copies of that evidence.
I am planning to send 2 affidavits from neighbors but not sure what to send as evidence for the above.
