just question on form I-130

45. was the beneficiary ever in the United States ?

I checked No because the beneficiary has never been in the United States

and the question 47 to 50 , Do I have to fill them out ( passport number ,... ) or just leave them blank ,or write N/A

Fill it out if the beneficiary has a passport. Put "none" if the beneficiary doesn't have a passport yet.
