  • Co-living AOS sponsor for parents - count as Household Member?

Sponsoring my parents for their green card via AOS.
They will be living with me and I will be providing all their needs and expenses.
For I-944 purposes (Declaration of Self Sufficiency) that my parents have to file, do I count as a Household member, and can my income be included in the same?
I will be providing an Affidavit of Support I-864 separately as well.

This is what I-944 instructions say. I want to know if I can be included as F. since I will be providing everything they need.

USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.

I think you count as F, someone who provides to your parent at least 50% of their support.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
