  • US citizen in India from childhood, need to file Green Card for parents. Help Please.

    Hi Everyone,

I am US citizen by birth and 21 years old now. I am living and studying in India from my childhood along with my parents. I would like to come to US for my MS in the middle of next year.

Can I apply for a green card for my parents now (when I am in India)? Assuming there is no ban on immigration and I have co-sponsor also for I-864.

If there is no ban, you can apply.

USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.
