Green Card Issuance

Hi,
I am travelling to the US on a valid F4 visa with my family members end of this month.
I have already paid the 220$ Green Card Or immigration fee.
Will i be given the green card or will Trump's order of not issuing green cards prevent me from obtaining one?

If you already have a valid immigrant visa, the ban doesn't affect you. The ban's effect is only to stop issuance of new immigrant visas.

Make sure you will not have been in (and not transit through) Mainland China, Iran, the Schengen Area, the UK, Ireland, or Brazil in the 14 days before you enter the US. Otherwise you will not be able to enter the US.
