Hello,
back in the summer I was approved for my I360 and I am now about to file for the DS260. I am applying as a widow as my husband of 8 years passed away suddenly but my son is a US national. I am currently in the UK with my son. So my question is as I overstayed between 2009 and left in 2011 will my application be rejected due to the fact I overstayed during that period? Or will I have any issues when filing the DS260?
