Hi,
I'm applying for family based green card visa, my father has only given name in my passport, DS-260 form has two fields for Surname and Given name. The given name filed has an option '' Do not know '' box button below. Can I put his given name in the Surname field and leave the given name field blank and click on "Do not know button" below.
