Hi,
I am filing for a green card for both my parents. I have filled out the i130 form online. Do I have to separately mail the documents to the lockbox? In the document checklist, I see the need to submit passport photographs of my parents but do not see a way to upload them online. If someone can answer the question, that would be great.
