Oct visa-b is out! 1Dec 2001, well still need 2 wait but am getting closer my PD is 3April 2002.

Goodnews people said i was going 2 post when i get something. got my choice of address and agent form 2day am so happy! it was posted on d 5th of Nov but i got it 2day 6th of Dec, i live in Nigeria. and my P.D is 3rd APRIL 2002.

I have received papers from NVC. My file was lost my pd was Apr 2000, they searched and found and very rapidly they process and now i am sending my all documents, AOS and fees.

My PD is april 2001. I got all paper work done, affidevite of support, fee's paid. I called NVC month ago, they said, file is complete, just wait for visa call. Now, this month, I see all the PD is moved back to jan 2000. Waht's up with that????? Is this mean, I will have to wait till my PD become current again?

PD Aug-2001.
Submitted all docs and paid fees.
Now waiting for interview schedule.
I think we have to wait until PD become current again. You may call NVC again for their position.

Applying GC in F4 category

Hi,
I am applying GC in F4 category through my brother in next few weeks of time. As i am in IT i keep getting chance to travel US on H1 and L1. Within a month i am going to apply B1 for a business trip and H1 may be next year. Do they ask any question in B1 and H1 forms/interview whether i have applied for immigration or not. Do you guys see any complication ?
