1. What petition did you file?
2. Are you the intending immigrant?
3. What is the country of residence of the petitioner and the intending immigrant.

My father petitioned I-130 and yes me my wife and my daughter are intending immigrants,my father the petitioner is USA citizen and i lives in India.

Now tell me if USCIS has told you where to undertake the DNA testing to prove relationship with your father? Maybe they have mentioned something in I-797. If not then I would suggest that you see a hospital approved by US Embassy for their Immigrant Medical Exam. Go here to find the nearest medical centre approved by them /usa-immigrant-visa-medical-examination/ and click on the Panel Physican List and then select your city to see the list.

Ask the hospital that US Embassy has asked that you undergo a DNA test to prove relationship with your father and ask what kind of sample they need from your father who is outside India. Follow what they say. At the end, ask them that you need a written report that you are indeed son of your father as per the DNA results to show US Embassy.

Write your case number, petitioner's name and date of birth, and applicant's name and date of birth in a forwarding letter when you send the DNA report. Also keep a photocopy of the report for yourself.
