Concurrent I-130 (online) and I-485 by mail Question

Hello,

I am a US citizen, my mother is not, she is currently in the US on B2 Tourist visa. She has been here for the last 4 months, I just submitted I-130 for her online.
I am preparing I-485 (along with I-765, I-131, I-864) to send.
Do I need to wait for I-797 or I can just send everything now? What would be the next step?

I was advised by a USCIS representative to wait for the I-797, so that I could in include a copy of it with the other applications/forms being mailed.

My Case:
April 16, 2021 : I-130 (with I-130a) filed online (ME - US Citizen)
April 17, 2021 : Receipt Notice Sent
April 22, 2021 : Receipt Notice (I-797c) received in mail

Marriage Based AOS (Spouse)
May 3, 2021 : Sent Application Package (I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864, I-693 and copy of I-797c) (FedEx)
May 5, 2021 : Application arrived at USCIS Chicago, signed by J HARPER

I am submitting concurrently I-130(online) and I-485 (along with I-131, I-765) for my mother. I already paid fee for I-130. I am planning to include personal check for I-485 + biometrics ($1225), is that acceptable if check is under my (petitioner) name or it has to come from my mother's check book (which she does not have yet, because she does not have a US bank account)?

I submitted I-130 online along with the fees. I am getting ready to file I-485 (along with I-765) for my mother. I will be using G1450 Authorization for credit card transactions which i will place on top. Since mother is above 80 fees is 1140. i will be sending through fedEx to the address - USCIS
