US citizen. Filed an I-130 for son as unmarried child. He married while waiting. NVC approved visa. Now he's getting divorced. Since he's going to be divorced, will this affect the visa? He will be 'unmarried'. He has all documents. Plan to complete DS-260 and affidavit of support once divorce is final. Thanks for your opinions and any experiences.
