hi my father who is LPR filed petition to join and I qualify under f2b category and the priority date is april 2001 and I am from India so can any one tell me what is the current visa issue date and how much time more I need to wait for interview as the petition is approved

first of all thank you very much for the replies and I recently contacted my fathers lawyer regarding this and he said my dates are not current and he also said I might not eligable for green card it was a shocker please I am giving my details if any one has a through knowledge about family based green cards please advice...
I-140 petition receipt date is april/06/2007
I 140 approval date may/29/2009
Priority date for I 140 application april/30/2001
I 824 petiton receipt date nov/20/2007
I 824 approval date july/22/2010
priority date april/30/2001
my date of birth is 09/30/1985
my father applied under family based green card for my mother who is beneficary and for me he applied for me before I turned 21 and more over NVC already gave a case number and asked me to pay the visa fee
