American wife living in Canada

I am an American citizen living in Canada. My permanent residence just got approved here, but my husband and I want to move to the United States. His I-130 was already filed and approved months ago. Up until this point I have a US bank account, a US cell phone, and a US address (my parent's house) and get paid in US dollars from my internet contract job. However, I believe the Canada permanent residence approval is evidence against my intention to maintain domicile in the US.

How do we best go about this? Can I still put US domicile on the AOS? Do we need my parents to cosponsor?
