NVC Expedited case, now how to request embassy for interview

Hi,
My wife's case has been expedited to post(US Embassy Dhaka) but CEAC website still showing at NVC. While I tried to contact US Embassy they are saying to contact NVC. And if the case at US Embassy, how to request them to schedule an interview as it's an expedite case.

Every embassy has email to write regarding immigration visas and expedited request.
