I sponsored my mom to come to the united states. In vietnam, names are written in Last Name Middle Name First Name format. Somehow her green card and social security card arrived this week with Middle, First, Last instead of the First, Middle, Last Name. My mother is trying to sponsor my teenage sister to the US but could this name issue be a deal breaker when it comes to form I-130? I submitted a form i-90 to get the name changed on green card but it could take over 6 months for an answer. Is there anything I can do?
