If I want to mail all the paper together...

Hi, I got married to my husband who is a U.S. citizen on August. I want to mail all the forms together which are I-130, I-485, I-131, I-864 and I-765. Those are my questions:

1. Both of I-130 and I-131 ask me to file them with marriage certificate. Can I send only one marriage certificate for all the forms since I am going to mail them all together? Or should I send all the paper each form asks me to file with? Let's say if those 4 forms require me to send total 3 marriage certificate. Then, do I have to send all 3? or I can just send one certificate for all the forms? I am really confused...

2. On I-130 question 22, do I have to write Chicago/IL on the left side and leave blank on the right side which says (City/Country) since I am in U.S. now?

3. Should I mail I-864 with all those forms to Chicago? or should I mail it separately to another place?

Are you filing I-131 for Re-entry permit or other reason? Please let me know so I can answer you question.

I am filing I-131 for traveling. I want to file it too for just in case I have some family emergency in my country. As far as I know, I-131 is traveling document. Isn't it? Thanks for your kind answer! Please let me know if you know anything above those 3 questions. Thanks in advance!
