im married to a US citizen and i put down under question 16 eligibility under 8 CFR ( D ) (1). i wanted to know if that was the correct answer. i came in with a visitor visa and i m filling to get a green card with all these forms at the same time I-130 ,I-485 ,I- 765 and I-864. thank you very much
