Provided an "account identification number" after the GC interview?

Hi there, a family member of mine in Canada was sponsored for a Green Card, and the person doing the interview had mentioned that they'd recommend this relative for the GC. Now, additionally, they gave him an "account number" to check on the status of the card (it's something like 12345678). They also mentioned a website (https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/iv), but it's not obvious on there where this number would go. Anyone have an idea as to where that number should go?
