I-130 approved witing for priority date

My I-130 Approved and priority Date is: 11 April 2010, I am in USA right now. And for month of Oct. 10 priority date is :1 April 10.

1) Once my priroty date will be availbe then I can directly apply for Adusjtment of status. or do i need to wait from any paper work from NVC for adjsutment of status.

I called 800 number they said once you priorty date aviable then call back us. we will give you more details

If you are in the U.S., you don't have to deal with NVC.

You can file I-485 as long as you are currently in legal status.
