  • Beneficiary's family in I-130

Question regarding beneficiary's family as requested in I-130

    petitioner: me (US Citizen)
    beneficiary: my dad
beneficiary's family: my mother (I am filling out a separate I-130 for her)

I have a brother (age>30) who is a naturalized US Citizen. Do I include him in beneficiary's family?

    Hi Member,
    Please see my response below.
I have a brother (age>30) who is a naturalized US Citizen. Do I include him in beneficiary's family?
Answer: No. You dont want to show your brother as he is already naturalized USC. More over you are not going to sponsor GC to him too. So, no need of mentioning his name.
    Thanks

if I file I-130 for my brother, do I need to another form I-130 for his wife?
