Hi guys,
I am Giovanni and I write from Italy.
I proposed to my girlfriend during last Christmas vacation. She is a green card holder and we would like to get married soon so I can be with her in US as soon as possible.
We have been together for 4 years and I would like to understand how long it should take for me to move to US after the marriage.
Will I have to wait for the green card or will I be able to move before getting it?
Can I get married in US going there with an ESTA tourist visa or should I get married outside of the US?
Can I apply for a green card as soon as I get married or this could be seen as fraudulent? We have plenty of proofs of our relationships. She is from Mexico and we met in New York as I have been traveling often for work there in the last 4 years and we have spent many vacations together both in Italy and in Mexico.
