I have searched everywhere on the internet but no help.
I am on H1B recently got married to US citizen. I am going to change my last name through the social security office.
I am also applying for Green Card
My question is do I have to get my passport updated with my new last name or is it okay if I send my passport that has my previous name with the Green Card application?
