Hi,
90 days before my conditional green card expires I applied for i751 jointly based of marriage. I haven't gotten an answer from uscis until almost 4 years for more evidence but then my US spouse and I had issues in our relationship and we ended getting divorced after 6 years of marriage but still haven't heard from USCIS for another 2 years until they requested an interview but I was already divorced. My immigration lawyer helped me to refile i751 with waiver along with all the evidence. Today I checked my informed delivery and it seems like I am getting a letter from USCIS Asylum center in San Francisco. Does someone know why the letter comes from that particular immigration office? Also what are my chances to get my permanent green card?
