Dear forum participants,
I'm getting ready to file I-130 and I-485 concurrently for my mother. Please help with the below two questions.
1. To which address should I be express mailing the application packet from residence in Virginia?
2. How long will it take for them to open and enter in the application info into their system to receive a receipt date (or PD) letter back from UCIS? Recent firsthand experience/info will be greatly appreciated.
3. Is it good enough to have mailed the above immigration application packet prior to expiry date of Duration of Stay stamped date on I-194 to being considered having not overstayed on B2?
