I-130 and G-325A questions

I need help/clarifications answering the ff questions for I-130 (spouse).

Q#B-14 Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission. my green card only states the category (class of admission) and the date. It doesn't state the place. I came to the US Sep 2005 thru H1B and my POE was at Detroit, MI. Should I put that as the place or just state the date and class as noted on my GC?

Q# D-2 Have you ever before filed a petitioned for this or any other alien? I have petitioned my spouse (who I'm petitioning for I-130) for EB3 following to join and we are just waiting for the PD to become current but other than that, I have not petitioned anybody else. Should I write that or should I just answer No?

G-325A Applicant's employment last five years. Last occupation abroad if not shown above. If i have been working in the US a little over 5 years now, I would still have to note the last occupation I had abroad since I didn't have it under "employment last five years", right?

This form is submitted in connection with an application for: Naturalization / Status as Permanent Resident / Others (Specify)
Do I choose Others and note I-130 application or mark status as permanent resident?

Put the date when you adjusted to LPR and the class as noted on your GC

As the question is if you have petitioned or not? If I were you I would mention that I've petitioned for my spouse for EB3. As not declaring that would have a negative impact on the application.
