Adding child to file
Hello,
When my husband filed I-130 for his sister her eldest child name was left out in an error. We had sent in all information and letter asking them to add him to the file. When we received approval letter and invoice to pay the AOS fee he was not named as a beneficiary in the file.
I would like to know do I pay the fee now or ask NVC to add him tot he file first then pay the fee.
Can he be added when they complete DS 230 or is there a process we need to do now?
Any input is greatly appreciated.
