  • Form i-130 for parent

My husband is filling out immigration paperwork form I-130 for his mother. His father is deceased.
    1) on page 2, part 2, "information about your parents", do we provide the name, dob etc for his father and just write "deceased" where it asks about city and country of residence?
    2) on page 6, part 4, will "place of beneficiary 's current marriage" be blank because his mom is a widow?
    3) on the same page, "names of beneficiary spouses" do we need to provide his father's information and use the date of his death as marriage end date?

    1. yes
    2. yes, there is no current marriage
    3. yes

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Also on page 6, "information about beneficiary's family" do we provide information about the deceased spouse also or only the children?
