I first applied for asylum then applied for 1-130 after I married a US citizen. In order to process the I-130 my asylum case was terminated by a judge Court. After that, The I-130 was revoked, and is now at the Board of immigration Appeal process. My asylum case is very strong. I regretted that I terminated it.
My question is Can I reapply for asylum? If yes should I terminate the I-130 case which now appealed at the Board of Immigration?
