    Filling for Parents(Adjustment for Status)

    Hi,

    Lets answer all your question...

    I-485
Yes you need to sign as a interpreter as you are filling the forms and making them understand the questions in the form and answers in their comfortable language.

    I-130

Yes you have to write your address as they are staying with you
    Q 22

I applying for adjustment of status--then city & NJ
And if taking their interview abroad --then city & INDIA

But as you are filling I-485 (Adjustment of status) andas they have already arrived in US on visitor visa legally they are eligible to apply here.

    I 765
I would suggest you to wait for their green card as social security card to be granted as they are here on a vsitors visa and they are not allowed to work.
so would tell you not to file this form right now..wait..

    I-131
First of this form is used for multi purpose, for you it serves two purpose.

    1 Advance Parole
    2 Re-entry Permit

If you are filing paperwork in a month of their arrival you still have 5 more months of their legal status as visitor visa to expire and nowadays it is fast..
so you dont need advance parole

And Re-entry permit is needed after they have theor Green card and want to stay outside US for more than 6 months.Try to read the limitations of Green card Holder of statying abroad for more than 6 months..

    G-325A

Yes this are only for whom you are filling petition for(FATHER & MOTHER ONLY) not for you

If they dont know their parents birthdate try to find from their UNCLES AND RELATIVES...and as if DECEASED just write N/A for country of residence. DONT WRITE or GUESS HEAVEN...

And Yes put US as most recent..in the list of last 5 years of adddress.

    Fyi..

Try to get i 693 (medical) done from a register immigration doctor ion you area(check the USCIS list of doctors in your area and send it with this forms..it's faster..

i hope this would help you to file and fill form for parents and wish you best of luck...

    Take care
    bye
