Hi,
I got married in India and we are planning to apply for DCF (Direct Consular Filing) in Delhi. I am going to apply it under exceptional circumstances (medical reason). I have an OCI card also. Do I need to meet the requirement of 6 months residency there or I can apply it right now.
Does anyone have any recent experience with it? Thank you in advance.
