My granmother is tring to sponsor her over 21 son & daughter how long it takes after uscis gets her application to get approved..and after is approve how long it takes to asked her to pay for the visa fee $404.00 please

Your grandmother, a US Citizen, may file an I-130 for her married son in the FB-3 visa category. When a visa finally becomes available, his wife and any unmarried children under 21 years of age may accompany or follow (within a year) to join him.
Right now it seems that it will take anywhere from 9 to 20 years for a visa to become available. Just how old is grandma and how is her health?
