Good Morning to all,

I am a Green Card holder. I am sponsoring green card to my wife through I-824 Spouse Follow-to-Join me. My I-824 petition was approved and sent to NVC. I got letter from NVC to submit documents. My income is sufficient to support her financial need. I am the only one who is responsible for her financial support. My question is, what form do i need to send for financial:

Based on your previous post, you guys are in the EB2 category. Since you guys are in an employment-based category, an I-864 is not needed, unless the petitioning company was 5% or more owned by your relative.
