  • I-130 and G-325 mailing vs. residence address question

    Hi.

I am a US citizen married to a Mexican citizen. I live in the US and he is living in Mexico, we both lived together in Mexico until a few months ago. I want to file an I-130 and g-325a to petition him for residency but am having some problems filling out the forms and hope someone can give me advice.

Our house in Mexico is in a very rural area and does not have an address where we recieve mail. We do have an address to recieve services. We use the address of a brother-in-law to recieve mail. What address should I put where on the two forms?

Put the address where you can physically receive postal mail.

    Good luck.
