Medical in Hyderabad for parent

My parent is going for medical in Hyd won January 22. The fees is between 19k to 27k
DO they take Debit card
Also, anything to be careful about. Parent going alone and is 80+
Can they carry food? Is phone allowed?

My mother went this week and it took 2 hours for entire appointment. They do have fruit juices, biscuits and phone/food are allowed

Parent was asked to get some additional tests done. They will take another 6-8 weeks for results to come out.
Anybody in same boat
What happens if they fail that test?
