Hello,
I am a USC and applied for my parents GC in June 2022. They finished their Biometric in August 2022 and from then we are all waiting to hear an update.
Can anyone please advise how to expedite their requests, as they are overdue for their annual health checkups.
Any guidence is greatly appreciated. I have also raised a request in USCIS Account profile but got no response.
