Hello Everyone,
I used to be a member back when immigration lawyer Laurel
did her live chats here. (LOL)
Hoping someone will see my post and can help find a lawyer to bring
my spouse who is in El Salvador. (we're both from El Salvador)
Just to give a little backstory:
I am a naturalized citizen.
We met 2 years ago (and we have been inseparable not literally but figuratively speaking ever since) when she came to work with H2B (work) visa in my workplace.
The only way to be together is for her to come to me.
She has never overstayed, we both don't have criminal records
and that's why I wanted to just fill out the I-130 myself and get
the consular process started BUT I'm concerned our
application will be denied due to the fact that
the only thing we have to prove our marriage is real
Is the fact that the only thing we have going for us is that we have
over 1,000 pictures together.
It is our burden to prove the bonafide nature of our marriage.
Does anyone know of an organization/services that
Won't charge an eye to represent us?
Would it be O.K to go ahead and file the I-130 or is it
advisable not to if I plan on getting legal representation?
Be aware:
Boundles: I came across this website and is ****/FRAUD!!!!!!
And remember: Honesty is the best policy!
Thank you so much for your help in advance.
(Muchas gracias por su apreciada ayuda de ante mano)
