Case complete, what next?

Case was completed on January 19th, 2011. The next thing they told me was i have to wait for 8 weeks because visa number aren't available after waiting almost 2 years before immigration could approve it.Again another endless waiting and one is entangled in a systemic failure of immigration system. I check the bulletin, it keeps retrogressing. can someone tell me please when a visa would be available? I kept wondering why they continue to give out free 50,000 visas through lottery when there are tens of thousands waiting on the line.

hi...... how did you get case completed date ..... on inquiry i got that reply from them that my case is listed in documentary completed list but did not know the case completed date is above reply means my case is complete or still in process........

call their phone with all info ready, then wait to be connected with customer service rep as you are prompted to press a keypad on your phone. i guess that is 5. You could also find out by signing in to state department website where you paid your AOS and IV processing fees, with USCIS receipt number or NVC case number- i mean EAC, WAC or LIN and invoice number whichever one is applicable to you.Once it says log in failed, it means your case is completed.

Have you been scheduled for an interview? though it depends on your PD. What is your PD and have heard from them?

My case was completed in Jan 2011 too F3 Category . Do we have to get Police Record ,AOS again,since its been over 1 year and 3 months and thoses documents are only valid for a year ?

Yes. All documents that expired will have to be renewed. What's your PD ?

If they are not easy or take long to get you may start the process now. You need also the medical exam but I think you need the interview notification to do it.
