hellow , our family immigration aproved on august 2009 on USCIS.they send a letter for agent and address.we also done it.the NVC send fee Invoice for our individual family members.when we submitting fee they inform me our visa not ready and fee submitting on later day. my age will 21 years within few months.if our visa will not ready this time(before my 21 st birthday). M i eligible for vsa. what can i do.i m bangladeshi............pls help me
