USCIS received my application for my parents GC ( with I-485, 130, 864, other supporting documents ) on March 19th ( Saturday ), however, till now, my checks are not cleared from my bank and haven't received the receipt from USCIS. It has been 3 weeks almost. My parents I-94 expires in 6 weeks, should I extend their stay ?

Thank you ImmiHelp. I am concerned about not getting the checks cleared even after 3-4 weeks. I called USCIS and they said, i need to wait until one month. I will wait for a few more days and call them again. But if you have any susggestions regarding this delay, please advise, since my parent's I-94 expiration is fast approaching.

As of today, still the checks are not cleared, so, I called immigration again and they could not find my filing in their system. After a few questions, they mentioned that I should put individual checks for each application for each person ( 1-130 and I-485 fee in separate checks for each applicant ). I put two checks ( one for each applicant with combined fee amount). Probably, I should get my application back in a week or two, according to immigration rep. Now question is, as I-94 expires in a month for my parents, what should I do ? should I reapply with a very short duration left and extend their stay ? or let them go back and come again and at that time I can apply green card process again ? What is the best approach ?
